ExtLab

Privacy policy

Last updated November 5, 2026

This policy covers extlab.app and every ExtLab browser extension. ExtLab is run by Vizzmo, which is responsible for your data.

The short version

This website

The website sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Cloudflare hosts it and processes your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and protect the service.

Usage statistics in the extensions

Extensions send install, update, uninstall and daily activity events, plus error reports with URLs and file paths removed. Each event holds a random install id, the extension version, your browser language and whether Pro is active. We delete events after 90 days. You can turn this off in the extension's options page.

Licenses and payments

Gumroad is the merchant of record. It collects your payment details and email address under its own privacy policy, and we never see your card. When you activate a key, the extension sends it to https://api.extlab.app and we check it with Gumroad. We store a hash of the key, its plan and expiry, and the random install ids using it.

Synced data

If a Pro feature syncs data between your devices, we store that data tied to the hash of your license key. It is not end-to-end encrypted. Nothing is synced without an active license.

Rate limiting

Our API uses your IP address briefly to limit abuse when a request has no install id. We do not store it in our database.

Who processes data for us

These providers may process data outside your country.

Why we process data

We process license data to provide what you bought. We process usage statistics and error reports for our legitimate interest in keeping the extensions working and improving them.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it. You can also object to processing or complain to your local data protection authority. Because we hold no name or email address, include your license key or install id so we can find your records. Write to support@extlab.app.

Children

Our products are not directed at children under 13.

Changes

We update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top.
